Overview
Alkali Dosing Systems from TechnoTrust Engineers are designed and manufactured for hygienic pharmaceutical and bioprocess applications. Every unit is engineered around the process step it serves — the product characteristics, batch size, utility availability and the space available inside the plant.
The equipment is built using hygienic construction practice: drainable geometry, crevice-free internals, sanitary connections and material traceability for product contact parts. Instrumentation, agitation, heating or cooling and transfer arrangements are selected according to the URS rather than a fixed standard model.
Where required, the equipment can be supplied as part of an integrated system with automation, CIP/SIP connectivity, process piping and skid integration, together with factory testing and commissioning support.
